Role Overview Join our dynamic team as a Senior Account Manager and embark on an exciting journey in the thriving display and exhibition industry.
Based in Artarmon, this is a key role where you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships across the country as well as converting new enquiries into sales and creating new opportunities using your own skills and industry contacts.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients look their best, and will be an innovative thinker with excellent organisational skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach to work.
Key Responsibilities Client relationship management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients by providing expert guidance, support, and proactivity for their exhibitions and/or events.Developing new client relationships: Use the ongoing stream of new enquiries and your own network to turn prospects into clients.Sales leadership: Lead and mentor your Project Manager to ensure consistently high standards of service delivery.Project estimation and management: Work with your Project Manager and General Manager to enable them to support you with estimating, and to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.On-site oversight as required: Be on-site at your installations where appropriate to provide end-to-end support for your clients, working with the broader team to ensure we make our clients look good every time.Sales target achievement: Consistently meet or exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and company.What We're Looking For Substantial experience in senior sales roles, ideally within the display and exhibition industry or related fields like events, signage, print, or marketing/branding agencies.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills to help you build and nurture lasting relationships.A proven track record in achieving and exceeding personal sales targets.The ability to tap into your self-motivated, results-driven nature and thrive both independently and as part of our dynamic team.Commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for both clients and the company.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, consistently delivering innovative solutions.What's Waiting For You Competitive salary: Your talents will be rewarded with a highly competitive base salary and an enticing commission/bonus structure.Career growth opportunities: Fuel your ambition with ample opportunities for personal and professional growth.
