The Role You Could Play We are looking for passionate, driven, and experienced Retail Managers to join our growing MECCA team to play a key role in leading the beating heart of our business – our Stores
As a part of our in-store management team, you will support our Hosts & Specialists in delivering an unparalleled customer experience by championing our MECCA Values and embodying our vision to make customers look and feel their best every single day.
Key responsibilities include: Engaging and motivating your team to bring their best self to work to ensure we are meeting key KPIs and key in-store targetsMentoring and providing feedback to your team to continue to drive their professional developmentWork closely with the State and Regional management team to lead the unparalleled MECCA store experienceEnsure smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experienceEmbody the MECCA values and lead by exampleWe are seeking expressions of interest in all management roles, including:
Store ManagerFloor Manager and Assistant Store Managers (2IC)Store Operations ManagerWhat You Will Bring Our ideal candidates will have the following:
A minimum of 2 years directly, or indirectly, managing a team in a retail environment for all roles below a store managerStore Managers will have a minimum of 2 years directly, or indirectly, managing a team in a retail environmentExperience in driving and delivering an exceptional customer service in a high-energy environmentAn 'elbows-out' mindset and a passion for all things beautyProven ability to drive store sales to meet targetsA relentless desire to ensure operational effectiveness with a strong understanding of back of house operationsThe ability to influence, coach and mentor others while building strong relationships built on trust, empathy, and transparencyExceptional communication and organisational skillsLife at MECCA We take great care to recruit team members who are genuinely excited by our purpose and believe in our core values.
