Job Description Spread Joy by joining our Volunteer Team From sport to art, pets to gardening, walking to yoga, baking to craft, movies to music, coffee to crosswords… whatever you love, you can share it with someone who loves it too.
We are seeking friendly volunteers to come and spend time visiting elderly clients living at home.
During your weekly or fortnightly visit, you would simply join them for a cuppa and a chat, and we will share more about each person during our call.

Your Impact Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself.
Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

Requirements 18 years or olderNational Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCareWe'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for a 30-minute to one-hour visit between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Sunday.
