Well look no further We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Care Manager to join our friendly & supportive team based at our Lowood Aged Care Facility
As a Care Manager, you'll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.
Your part in our BlueCare team Working closely with your Residential Services Manager, you'll ensure quality and compliance governance are achieved through robust processes that meet internal and external auditing standards.
You'll have the opportunity to lead and inspire your team providing supervision, guidance and mentorship through your effective decision making and clinical experience.
You'll provide exceptional care whilst responding to clinical nursing issues and concerns.
With their wellbeing always in mind, you will review resident care and care plans promoting independence & quality of life.
Working with the Care Coordinators, you'll advocate individualised care that enhances and promotes residents' quality of life.Overseeing a team of care staff, you'll empower your team through learning, support and leadership.In conjunction with your Residential Service Manager, you'll ensure care governance and quality compliance are achieved.You'll ensure the sustainability and growth of the service through diligence with ACFI funding, care planning and community engagement.What makes a difference for us? You'll be an experienced nursing clinician, with previous experience as a Clinical Lead or Clinical Nurse within a health, community or aged care environment.
You'll be an advocate for person-centred care, leading by example through exceptional communication and customer service.
You'll present with:
