Hydromill Desanding Plant Operator

To manage and check the preparation of the excavation mud, in accordance with operative manuals and industry standards, before, during and after the excavation phase.
Main ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and controlling all the plant operationsVerifying that the materials comply with the quality standards required by the projectEnsuring the safe operation and the productivity of the rigManaging and carrying out the maintenance of plantsDrawing up accurate daily reports on productionComplying with the safety procedures and quality standards of the projectEnsuring order and cleanliness of the plantCarrying out routine and non-routine maintenance of equipmentInforming the line manager of any breach concerning QHSEPerforming additional assignments per supervisor's and/or project management's directionComplying with and promoting the Code of Ethics, procedures and safety standards, in compliance with current legislationMain Hard SkillsKnowledge of the desanding plant (O&M manual, technical specifications, components and spare parts, manufacturers, etc.
)Ability to perform assembly/disassembly, setup etc.
