The Position: Join our team and provide essential commercial support to our operational leaders You will play a key part in the month-end management reporting , ensuring contractual compliance and conducting financial analysis of our diverse portfolio.
This role is crucial for delivering accurate reporting and driving business success.
You'll also play a vital role in promoting our Safety Culture framework.

The Role: Streamline our invoicing and payment processes, including administering invoicing, managing reconciliations and following up on paymentsOversee accurate month-end closing processes, assist in P&L preparation, prepare monthly reports, ensure journal entry integrityCreating and developing effective billing processes to support sitesCosting quotes and processes to ensure accurate pricing and efficient project managementLiaise with and support Internal and External stakeholdersSupport the accuracy of corporate cost centres by reviewing cost allocations, preparing monthly reports for stakeholders, ensuring journal entry integrity, and conducting stock take reconciliationsCollaborate on developing revenue, expenditure, and capital investment plans while working with the Commercial account to align budgets, forecasts, and financial strategiesClient reporting and billingAdhere to health, safety and security proceduresContract ComplianceThe Person: Accounting/Finance degree (Pursuing CA/CPA qualified)Previous experience in an Accounting role within a business environmentStrong technical and analytical skillsAbility to problem solve, prioritise and multi-taskIntermediate Microsoft Excel skillsExperience with an Oracle accounting system is an advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to comfortably communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levelsPositive 'can-do' attitude, who can work autonomously in a team environmentDedicated, passionate and committed to progressing the performance of the portfolioThe Benefits: Compass Group is an organisation that's proud of its great people.
