Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our ANZ Finance team.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a key role in supporting procurement activities across the region, ensuring efficient and compliant supplier management and procurement processes.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enhancing your skills in procurement and supply management.
Key Responsibilities Manage supplier profiles, purchase orders, and supplier data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Act as the ANZ point of contact for global procurement-related matters.
Maintain and update the supplier database while adhering to Egis and Group policies.
Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Tax, and HSEQ to ensure seamless processes and compliance.
Provide expert guidance on supply management and procurement processes.
Support quality, safety, and auditing activities.
Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role within a professional services organisation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and financial systems.
Exceptional organisational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work.
