This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working 8-hour Day Shift (6:00am - 2:00pm) and Afternoon Shift (3:30pm - 11:36pm) with overtime optional. Location: Broome, WA
Hourly Rate: $73,150 - $80,000 per annum based on relevant skills and qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES Manufacture goods to the customers' requirementsTasks include interpreting technical product drawings, MIG welding using mild steel and silicone bronze.Read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsOperate plant and mobile equipment, including overhead cranes.Collaborate with team members, other departments and projectsParticipate in training in the use of specific items of plant and equipmentMaintain a clean and organised work areaStrict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environmentABOUT YOU Essential - Welding experience of mild steel, galvanized products in both light and heavy gaugesEssential - At least 2 years relevant experience working in a production environmentCommitment to producing quality productsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong mechanical aptitude with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailSound awareness of safety standards and alertness of moving parts and peopleWillingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and paceREWARDS & BENEFITS Flexible Working Arrangements | Health & Wellbeing Initiatives | Traineeship & Apprentice Program | Career Development Opportunities | Paid Parental Leave | Employee Referral Incentive | Stratco Team Member Discount Card | Private Health Corporate Discount | Flu Vaccinations | Employee Assistance Programme
