Business Planning and Service CoordinatorCommunity Development | Perth MetropolitanAbout UsCommunity Development DirectorateThe City's Community Development Directorate provides a broad range of facilities, services, projects, and events that directly impact the daily lives of our 243,000 residents and visitors.The Directorate works to develop safe and vibrant places and deliver services and facilities to support a community that is healthy, welcoming, and thriving.About the PositionThe Business Planning & Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating business planning and customer experience across all Stirling Leisure Facilities, including Inglewood, Balga, Scarborough Pool, Mirrabooka, Scarborough, Hamersley, and Hamersley Public Golf Course.
The role involves managing day-to-day operations at one of the seven manned facilities, overseeing financial and staff resource management, including budgets and financial reporting.
It also includes developing service plans with measurable KPIs to achieve business objectives and enhancing customer service to optimize the customer experience across all facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesThe duties of the Business Planning & Service Coordinator will include but are not limited to:Establishing business and financial planning, coordination of staff and financial resources including budget development and implementation, staff resource recruitment, training, and performance setting.Ensuring the City's strategic community and corporate intentions, long-term financial plan, and Stirling Leisure operating principles are integrated within facility business and operating plans.Facilitating and coordinating tasks and meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of services across Stirling Leisure facilities.About YouThe following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes, you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
