About the role Rabobank's Global Service Centre Financial Markets Services Asia Pacific Hub, located in Sydney, is a critical team within the Global Service Centre (GSC) organisation.
The hub provides comprehensive Operational support to the Asia Pacific-based Markets & Treasury businesses, encompassing Trading, Funding, & Corporate Sales products.
Additionally, it offers direct client support to Rabobank's Rural, Corporate, & Financial Institution clients, ensuring seamless & reliable service delivery to the region.
GSC Financial Markets Services have an opening for a Business Change Manager to be based in Sydney.
You will work in partnership with the Markets & Treasury departments as well as Global & Regional Tribe (change management) colleagues to deliver change across an Asia Pacific scope.
Working closely within the GSC FMS Business Development & Advisory (BDA) team, you will be an SME on project & change management ensuring that all relevant change initiatives which impact the FMS department locally & globally are managed through the change lifecycle according to department standards.
In addition, you will have oversight of all changes which occur globally for FMS to assess impacts to processes, systems & people within the region & act as a central point of contact for changes in the region within FMS.
Top Role Accountabilities: Run medium to large-sized projects or initiativesPresent opportunities & proposals based on new market developments & trends to businessCheck new ideas & provide critical high-level impacts to Operations (Intake & Impact Analysis)Collaborate across international, dynamic markets & counterparts operating in different global time zones & cultural environmentsWork within & adapt to an ever-changing high value, high risk international business environment with an extremely low error tolerance, & high reputational & systemic responsibilityDevelop suitable & sustainable solutions which contribute to the strategic goals of the Global Service CentreDevelop & support Training/Knowledge Sharing frameworkEnsure Operational Readiness & Aftercare evaluation post go liveRepresent GSC FMS in relevant Tribe, Areas & SquadsDriving a culture of continuous improvement within the GSC FMS Asia Pacific teamProvide training & coaching to the teamTo be successful, you will have: Experience in working in a project environment with an ability to run medium-sized projectsExperience in Agile IT delivery & Lean managementA high-level of knowledge of Financial Markets products including, Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Fixed Income, Commodities, Interest Rate Derivatives, Options, & FuturesA sound knowledge of Operations functions such as transactions processing, confirmations, settlements, reconciliations & reportingStrong analytical & coordination skillsWhat we're proud to offer you: Rabo@Anywhere is our hybrid way of working at Rabobank & for Australia, that means we have a blend of time working between the office & home.
