Specialising in domestic, commercial, and industrial construction projects, this well-established company is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their team.

About the Role Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Electrical Estimator will take charge of delivering multiple estimates for projects across Brisbane.
Acting as the sole lead estimator, you'll handle tenders, take-offs, and project evaluations ranging in value from $250K to $3M.
This role is perfect for a self-driven professional eager for responsibility and growth.
Key Responsibilities Analyse job requirements to calculate materials, labour, equipment, and time needed.
Prepare precise estimates and pricing while adhering to legislation, safety, and industry standards.
Review project documents, drawings, and plans to define the scope of work.
Source suppliers and understand material, labour, and equipment pricing.
Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate costings.
What You'll Bring Proficiency in SIMPRO or similar software – essential.
Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Electrical Estimator.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage all estimation tasks as the sole estimator.
