What we are looking for: Substantial experience managing, leading, and developing teams of geographically dispersed field-based Inspectors performing audits and inspections.
Experience in the building and/or plumbing industry and advanced knowledge of the Building and Plumbing Regulations 2018, regulatory frameworks, codes, regulation standards, and Government Policy in Victoria and/or other Australian jurisdictions.
Demonstrated experience in conducting, designing, leading, and delivering audit programs in a regulatory environment or compliance and enforcement operations.
Ability to produce high-level technical correspondence, briefs, and reports in line with relevant legislation and participate in working groups to provide authoritative technical advice.
Experience in developing beneficial partnerships, including liaising with building industry stakeholders and technical specialists.
