Role DescriptionWe're looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of capital works projects (infrastructure, civil and buildings) within our Aviation sector.
These projects will total over $150m dollars.
Located in Perth, you'll be responsible for:
Overseeing the planning and development phase.Managing the design, tender and procurement process.Engaging with contractors and consultants.Managing construction/delivery phases.Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.Candidate ProfileThis role will suit a Senior Project Manager who has delivered road upgrades, utility upgrades (power, water, sewerage, stormwater etc), and carpark construction projects.
These projects will be in a brownfield environment, so live project experience is important.
You'll also need:
Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders in an operational environment.High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.A willingness to work with team members to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients, in a highly governed environment.Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline.Experience in Aviation is advantageous, but not essential.What's In It For YouThis role is a great opportunity for someone looking to deliver high-profile and complex projects, in a stakeholder-rich, live environment.
