Career Opportunities: Master Scheduler (1014913)Requisition ID 1014913 - Posted - Finance & Property - NSW - Full-time - Finance & Administration Finance Systems Transformation Project | 24 month fixed-term contractJoin a high performing Finance Team during an exciting period of changeWe offer a wide range of flexible work options, including active discussion of specific requirements for the individual, that balance the needs of our team, customers, and partnersThe Opportunity We are embarking on a Finance Systems Transformation journey and are looking for a motivated Master Scheduler to oversee and coordinate scheduling activities across multiple projects and departments within the Finance Systems Transformation Program.
It supports the timely and efficient delivery of the Program by developing and maintaining schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
The Program will enhance and uplift our systems to be fit-for-purpose for the wide range of businesses we operate, and future-focused in terms of delivering insights and value for the broader Woolworths Group.
What you'll do: Develop and maintain schedules for multiple projects and departments, including resources within the projects and SMEs and other teams supporting delivery of each projectMonitor project progress and update schedules as requiredIdentify and resolve scheduling conflictsCollaborate with project managers and department heads to understand the scope and requirements of each projectCommunicate schedule updates and changes to stakeholdersEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures related to project management and schedulingWhat you'll bring: Demonstrated experience in delivering systems implementation programs (ideally ERP)Experience in a multi-brand and/or large complex organisationA strong track record in delivering quality outcomesA strong track record in managing resources and collaborating with key stakeholdersHighly organised in keeping track of various aspects of the programRetail experience and knowledge of the sector will be highly regardedWhat you'll experience: A progressive and flexible 'Work from Anywhere' policy that gives you more control over your work, life, and wellbeing.A global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline – with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands you know and love and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purpose-driven work.12 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers plus paid superannuation for up to 12 months while the Team Member is on parental leave - eligible from the first day of employment.Everyone belongs at Woolworths Group Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are key to realising our purpose of better together for a better tomorrow.
