The ideal candidate should possess the following technical skills:Manage project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements including internal staff, client employees and third-party vendorsProject performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule and contractual deliverablesBecome a bridge between key client business stakeholders and Agile development teamManage value delivered by Agile development team and ensuring alignment with overall service strategy of the clientUnderstand the client's Divisional and Group objectives and strategies and manage the product's business and technology stakeholders.Balance the trade-off between quality, benefits, risk, budget, time to market and user experience and effectively communicate it to key project stakeholdersClearly define the product and requirements with client business stakeholders and development teams by translating requirement and writing epics, features and storiesMaintain the Non-functional Requirements (NFRs), to help ensure that the solution meets relevant standards and other system quality requirementsProvide support to the team and work closely with the Scrum Master to remove team impediments & lead by exampleMentor junior IBM consultants in the practice and delivery engagementsRequired Professional and Technical ExpertiseMinimum of 10+ years of experience as a project manager, iteration manager or scrum master in IT Consulting or other technology business units across the industryMinimum of 3+ years of project management experience in data initiatives such as data modernisation, migration, governance, reporting, analytics and data scienceDiverse practical experience in project delivery frameworks such as Scaled Agile, Distributed Agile, Agile Sprints, Kanban, Waterfall etcSkills include Project Planning, Budgeting, Performance Management, Scheduling, Staffing, PM Methods, Performance Management, Scope Management, Contractual Deliverables, Change Control and Risk ManagementSolid Understanding of various data professional roles and responsibilitiesUnderstanding of concepts of business-critical design, services sensitive to performance SLAs with high availability, fault-tolerance, automatic fail-over and geographical redundancyExperience delivering projects based on Cloud Platform such as Azure, AWS, GCP and IBM and other modern data platformsUnderstanding of containerisation, virtualisation, infrastructure and networkingUnderstanding of software development life cycle and methodologiesExperience in presenting to and influencing stakeholders and senior managersExperience in Banking is required.Team leadership and people manager experienceDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related Engineering coursesOne or more industry-recognised technology or project delivery certifications or badgesDesired Attributes and SkillsThe specialist should be skilled in Project Planning, Budgeting, Performance Management, Scheduling, Staffing, PM Methods, Performance Management, Scope Management, Contractual Deliverables, Change Control and Risk Management
