Goodstart Early Learning | Educational Leader

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

75 places in centre Located only a minute away from local shops in a rural setting consisting of natural bush land and native animals We implement a responsive program that allows opportunities for each child to play, explore, imagine, experiment, research and investigate in a fun, natural environment.

Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards Current NT Working with Children Check If you have previous experience leading change in education and have either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent, then we'd love to talk to you about which of our amazing opportunities would be the best fit for you.
