We're seeking a professional, engaging, and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner with strong industrial and generalist experience to play a key role in shaping a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR solutions that align with Sylvanvale's goals and purpose.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on HR best practices, industrial relations, and employee engagement.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about fostering a positive work culture, enhancing team performance, and helping individuals reach their potential.

Minimum Requirements Degree qualified in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
A Minimum of 5 years' of HR experience, preferably in a business partner role.
Strong knowledge of current employment legislation and award interpretation.
Strong experience in supporting complex HR matters.
Strong relationship building skills and ability to influence positive outcomes.
Strong problem solving, negotiation and conflict management skills.
