Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact for clients using our e-commerce platform Assist clients with inquiries related to products, orders, and account management Provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met effectively Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback Participate in training programs to enhance your understanding of e-commerce trends and best practices Identify opportunities for improving client experience and provide feedback to management
Requirements No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential Strong verbal and written communication skills Interest in e-commerce and digital retailing Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms are a plus Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving and client interactions
