Are you a skilled Parts Interpreter searching for a fresh opportunity in the commercial vehicle sector? Daimler Trucks Mount Gambier is on the lookout for a committed individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a strong background in automotive parts interpretation.
About The Role:
Efficiently respond to customer and workshop inquiries regarding vehicle parts
Interpret and identify van and truck parts accurately
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the parts department
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts inventory and availability
Process orders and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts when necessary
Provide ad-hoc support for service team as required

About You:
Minimum of one year of experience in interpreting spare parts
Previous experience in a similar 'customer facing' role within a fast-paced retail parts operation
Strong mechanical aptitude with keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sound administrative and organisational skills
