Our Engineering division designs and constructs manufacturing facilities, refurbishes existing facilities and designs and constructs automation plant for manufacturing plants and warehouses.The RoleWe are currently seeking qualified Boilermakers to join Engineering and Construction team working on the manufacture and installation of structural steel at our Construction Site.
The role is a permanent full time position.The successful applicant will have:Completed their qualification and be competent in all aspects of their trade.A minimum of two years' experience in Structural Steel Fabrication.Ability to interpret detail shop drawings and specifications.Support and supervise apprentices to ensure appropriate training is received.Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality of finished work.Maintain Crossmuller QA/QC procedures and standardsExperience working in a busy hands-on environmentEnthusiasm and the ability to multi-taskGreat communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels.Maintain housekeeping standards, tools and equipmentThe following will be considered an advantage, but not essential for this position:Basic dogging or rigging certificationCurrent forklift licenceHold EWP and Working at Heights certificationExperience operating overhead cranesYour skills and work ethic will be rewarded with excellent working conditions and competitive terms and conditions of employment.This is a full-time permanent position within our Structural Steel and Engineering team.
To be successful in this role you must be motivated and be willing to put in the effort required to complete jobs in a timely manner.
