The Opportunity A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experience Executive Assistant to support the Group Lead in Digital & Ventures.
As the Group Lead's right hand person, you'll be the key point of contact for enquiries, managing calendar and travel bookings, briefing, and preparing for meetings and conferences and managing Group Squad & Board deadlines.
You will also manage a range of other business critical tasks including but not limited to:
Actioning urgent inquiries and following up with relevant stakeholders on the Lead's behalf.Co-ordinating and arranging meetings.Preparing daily briefing, meeting, and reading packs on a daily and weekly basis.Driving Group engagement and keeping track of delivery deadlines.Actively participating in Group briefings and planning sessions.Organising Group activities, ensuring time for building connections outside business-as-usual activities.What do we need from you? You will stand out to us if you have: Proven experience providing executive level support, a passion for people and excellent problem-solving skills.You're an expert communicator and enjoy being the go-to person for the Group Hub Lead and will be comfortable pro-actively working through issues on their behalf where required.You have an exceptional eye for detail, and you thrive on delivering great results, no matter the task.You understand the importance of maintaining a high level of confidentiality in relation to sensitive and commercial-in-confidence information and documentation.Experience across ASX listed companies.Previous experience supporting in high-volume environment with both project and operational responsibilities.What we promise?
