Job DescriptionAs an Injury Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in the recovery and rehabilitation of workers from our largest customers.
Drawing upon your extensive experience and strong profile within the industry, you will deliver specialist services and strategic initiatives to deliver optimal health and return to work outcomes.
As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include: Maintain quality across customer as per SLA requirements in regard to rates, costs and durations.Implement services as per Customer SLAs.Coach team members to undertake work in accordance with customer requirements.Complete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehab on all claims.Represent WFA at public forums and on various committees as required.QualificationsWhat you'll bring to the role: Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, RCAA).Significant occupational rehabilitation industry experience.Specialist knowledge and skillset with a solid reputation and profile within the industry.Demonstrated experience in the delivery of occupational rehabilitation services and strategic management of a portfolio.Customer service orientation with experience managing customer service agreements.Demonstrated ability to independently generate referrals and build portfolio.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience training, coaching and developing others.Willingness to travel (car and license essential).Additional InformationWhat we offer you: Truly flexible working, in the community, from home and the office – you set your schedule.Learn and be mentored from a multi-award-winning teamMultiple career pathways and professional development opportunities – 90% of our leadership team have been promoted from withinGenerous financial incentives program to reward you for your impact.Purchase additional annual leave.Paid parental leave.Additional employer benefits package including salary sacrificing, fitness passport, novated leasing, Star Finder referral program and so much moreAt WorkFocus, we get people well and working.
