Childcare & Outside School Hours Care (Education & Training)
We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our thriving Balmoral House Private Preschool in Balmoral, QLD.
This full-time role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the centre's operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare and education services.
What you'll be doing Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with all relevant regulations.Provide pedagogical leadership to the teaching team, guiding the implementation of the curriculum and promoting best practices in early childhood education.Foster a warm, nurturing, and inclusive environment that supports the social, emotional, and educational development of all children.Engage with families, build strong relationships, and ensure open communication to meet the needs of children and their parents.Represent the service in the local community and build partnerships with relevant organisations.Oversee the Centre's administrative functions, including enrolments, record-keeping, and reporting.Drive occupancy growth while maintaining a strong Centre reputation.What we're looking for Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role within the childcare sector.A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and the ability to ensure compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and the local community.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the capacity to lead a team and drive continuous improvement.Passion for early childhood education and a deep commitment to providing the best possible outcomes for children.What we offer Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Employee wellbeing initiatives and social events.About us Balmoral House Private Preschool is a leading provider of high-quality early childhood education in the Balmoral community.
