What role will you play As a Technology Platform Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, managing platform solutions, and ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of our technology platforms.
You will balance innovation with the stability and reliability required in financial platforms.
You will maintain our technology platforms, ensuring they meet the high standards of performance, security, and compliance demanded by the financial industry, while also seeking opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

You will lead a team of platform engineers and operations professionals and delegate and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient team operations and meeting of SLAs.
You will demonstrate a good understanding of cloud platforms, systems infrastructure, and platform governance.
You will work closely with product, tech, and business teams to gather requirements and create solutions using low-code platforms and identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
