Job DescriptionDNV is looking to hire a NDIS Audit Administrator to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne.About DNVWe are the independent expert in assurance and risk management.

Drawing on our wide technical and industry expertise, we work with companies worldwide to bridge trust gaps among consumers, producers and suppliers.Key Responsibilities: Liaising with auditors to ensure the reports are received within required timeframes and meet NDIS rules, regulations, and guidelines.Collaborate with auditors to improve quality of the audit report prior to submission to the Commission ensuring they meet NDIS scheme requirements.Ensure the NDIS Commission portal reflects audit assessment findings from the report.Independent review of the reports and submit them into the NDIS portal.Building strong and effective relationships amongst the team and clients (NDIS Service Providers).Timely responsiveness to stakeholder (NDIS Providers, NDIS Commission) concerns and follow up proactively.Data and statistic collation and monitoring to ensure NDIS timeframes and guidelines are met.Keeping up to date with the latest legislation, rules, guidelines and policies and their changes set by the NDIS Commission on requirements for NDIS Providers.QualificationsPosition Qualifications/Requirements:Tertiary education is preferred.Experience working in a similar industry (certification, NDIS, etc.)
is preferred.Good understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards, Registration Groups, etc.
is preferred.Good hands-on understanding and experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
