As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising Salesforce to support organisational objectives.
Your expertise will enable the organisation to deliver key programs efficiently and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister Salesforce, including user management, role assignments, and permissions.Configure and customise Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and page layouts to meet business needs.Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with security policies.Design and develop complex reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements.Manage Salesforce sandboxes and coordinate system integrations with other IT applications.Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure optimal system utilisation.Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and functionality.Document configurations, customisations, and processes related to Salesforce administration.Ensure compliance with organisational security policies and contribute to incident response efforts.About YouWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator who is:
