We're looking for a talented Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our team and play a key role in helping our clients optimise their Salesforce implementations.

Role Overview:As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure Salesforce to meet their unique needs.
You'll act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring that Salesforce implementations align with strategic goals and deliver maximum value.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.Conduct requirements-gathering sessions and document detailed functional specifications.Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and other features to align with client requirements.Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and optimization opportunities.Assist with data migration and integration efforts as needed.Deliver training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions.Stay up-to-date on Salesforce updates, releases, and new features, and identify opportunities for clients to leverage them.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or in a similar role.In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and data models.Strong understanding of business processes and experience in translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder) is a plus.Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.What We Offer: Competitive compensation package.Opportunities for professional growth and Salesforce certification support.A collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation.How to Apply:If you're a Salesforce expert ready to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you
