Customer Service Team Leader

You will lead and manage a dynamic, supportive and successful team supporting the Residential and Commercial Sales teams.
As the Customer Service Team Leader you will work in a close-knit sales administration team and liaise regularly with Account Managers, Selections teams, Suppliers and our Warehouse.
You will develop and maintain strong working relationships with our trade accounts and franchises to manage orders.
Your key responsibilities will include: Be driven to provide superior customer serviceLead a customer service focused team to provide outstanding service levelsBuild and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholdersEnsure administration and selection processes are completed in a timely and effective mannerManage and communicate customer feedback for consistent improvementHave a friendly and approachable personalityRelate to people at all levelsHave a strong work ethic and a 'lead by example' approachRequirements for the role: Be a customer service superstarHave strong leadership and communication skillsHave high-level organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBe proactive, enthusiastic and able to work in a dynamic, collaborative team environmentBe confident, professional and have excellent interpersonal skillsHave exceptional verbal and written communication skillsHave strong problem-solving skills and a high level of initiativeBe highly competent in Excel and other Microsoft suite productsPrevious experience in the building industry/with building products will be highly regarded but not essentialOUR CULTURE… At Beaumont Tiles, we believe that creating a culture of belonging and inclusivity is crucial to our success, and we strive to reflect the diversity of our local communities in our workforce.
