The Role:
We are looking for a driven and highly skilled Structures Supervisor to join our high-performing project team on a project in Western Sydney.
You will be running the structure on a $100Mill+ aged care project.
Responsibilities include:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, successfully delivering projects more than $50Mill.
A strong background in running large complex structures for a leading tier 1 or 2 head contractor.
Leadership skills that inspire subcontractors to deliver quality work on time and within budget.
The ability to foster a positive, productive on-site culture, building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
A commitment to safety and quality, ensuring that all work on site meets the highest standards.
Monitor project progress and report to the Site Manager on a regular basis.
A track record of running a clean, organised site, recognizing this as key to success.
What's Needed:
Trade qualification or additional tertiary qualifications in building highly regarded.
8 years+ experience in the site supervision and management of large construction projects, including planning, programming, and the management of subcontractors and site labour.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead teams effectively.
Extensive knowledge of trades with a strong focus on concrete structure, post tensioned and formwork.
Excellent safety and systems management skills.
