About the role... As the Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for working alongside the Store Manager to drive sales and achieve KPI results, build and train your team to deliver an excellent, fun customer-driven culture within the store.
Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure day-to-day operations are running smoothly and efficiently.Review store sales reports and create action plans with your Store Manager and team.Hold yourself and each individual accountable for their own results through constant feedback.Create a store roster according to daily traffic, peak periods, and optimize team resources.Support efficient inventory management including stocktakes & cycle counts.Assist in the implementation of visual merchandising standards within the store and support in-store activations.Mentor and coach the store team to allow them to grow, celebrating their strengths and addressing their gaps through honesty, generosity, and empowerment.About you... At least 1-2 years of supervisory / management experience in a retail environment.A genuine love and understanding for fashion and our brands.The ability to confidently lead, motivate, and engage a team environment.Proven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individuals.A proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets.Sound knowledge and proven success in retail operations including budgets, wages, rostering, visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage.Must have full Australian working rights.The Perks...
