Our commitment to our employees & clients is at the heart of everything we do.Rabobank's Corporate Banking Services (CBS) provide operational support to Wholesale & Major Agricultural Clients (MAC) Clients & Products in the areas of Loans, Facilities, Agency Desk & Value chain Finance.Rabobank has an opening for a Corporate Banking Services Officer. You will join a highly engaged team based in Sydney who work a hybrid mix of in office & home.In this role you will ensure that the relevant products & transactions are verified, confirmed, processed & settled in an efficient & timely manner, maintaining high standards. This is a dynamic role where you are expected to take ownership & provide a high level of client satisfaction.Top Role Accountabilities:Deliver a high standard of accuracy & efficiency for all Corporate Services transactions per agreed SLAs & cut off times.Manage & maintain a client portfolio or asset class in team rotation, ensuring the client's business needs & requirements are met.Confirmations dispatching, matching, escalating & reporting.Monitoring of system interfaces to ensure transactions have been accurately input or interfaced.Investigation, escalation & reporting of the various system & cash reconciliations.Investigation & resolution of Nostro & transactional reconciliation breaks.Liaise & assist customers on a regular basis in regard to all aspects of Corporate Lending products & services.Develop an ongoing dialogue with the Value Chain Finance team, Corporate Lending Relationship Managers, Markets & Treasury divisions and outsourced services providers to ensure any business opportunities are being acted upon.Continuous improvement to ensure best practices are achieved & to minimise operational risk.To be successful you will have:At least 1-2 years' experience in a Corporate Lending Operations role (payments & settlements experience).Working knowledge of core banking systems such as SWIFT & T24 highly regarded.Knowledge of Wholesale Financial products including Corporate Lending, Trade & Commodity Finance, Value Chain Finance highly regarded.Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively & build relationships with a diverse range of clients & stakeholders.An ability to plan & prioritise to meet strict deadlines & SLAs.An ability to follow & adhere to processes.Applicants must hold valid work rights for this role.What we're proud to offer you:Rabo@Anywhere is our hybrid way of working at Rabobank and for Australia, that means we have a blend of time working between the office and home.Wellbeing leave: These 2 extra leave days support greater work/life balance and is just another way we are helping our employees to lead happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.Education Assistance Program: Rabobank values the development of its people and has a great Education Assistance Program to assist with professional development.Parental Leave: that supports you and your family while giving you the freedom and flexibility to enjoy this special time (up-to 14 weeks paid leave).Bonus and Additional Leave: We realise sometimes 4 weeks Annual Leave isn't enough At Rabobank we provide an incentive for eligible employees to receive 1 extra week Annual Leave and an option to purchase another 2 weeks Annual Leave.Extra Insurance: Rabobank recognises that employees need to protect their financial wellbeing, in the event of serious illness, injury, or even death.
