Redlich's is a specialist personal injury law firm in Victoria, with particular expertise in claims for work injuries, injuries sustained in transport accidents, and injuries suffered in public places.
For more than 50 years, we have been helping injured Victorians access the compensation they need to get their lives back on track.
We take on many different types of cases and represent all parts of the community, including people who find it difficult to afford a lawyer or who speak a language other than English.
Some of our lawyers speak different languages including Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin), Vietnamese, and Greek.
Our firm's approach to providing legal services is centered around the needs of the client.
Being boutique in size, our team can be agile and responsive to our client's requests and provide a tailored approach to existing and new clients.
About the team
The Redlich's team is made up of industry leaders and accredited specialists who regularly meet and collaborate to ensure excellent client outcomes.
Our lawyers work closely with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure that our clients receive timely expert advice in a critical time of need.

About the role
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a new graduate or a junior lawyer with under 12 months post-admission experience to join our team.
This role will support senior members of the team, particularly our Melbourne Practice Group Director, who is an accredited specialist in personal injury law.
The role will involve managing a variety of work with a focus on WorkCover, TAC, and public liability matters.
The successful candidate will express a passion for these areas and seek to provide exceptional client service.
We have offices in the Melbourne CBD, Melton, Epping, and Springvale, and therefore the successful candidate will need to be flexible in working from different office locations as needed to meet client needs.
This is a 12-month contract position to cover a parental leave period.
About you
You will be driven and energetic, with a genuine interest in building a career within the personal injuries jurisdiction.
You will have excellent written and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong organisational skills.
You will also be an active team member who is willing to pitch in and deliver excellent client service.
