About the business
QMS Audits is an established, independent, Australian-owned provider of food safety training, quality assurance consulting, and HACCP certification.
We have had significant growth over the last 10 years and have continued to grow in 2024.
The Role Reporting to the QMS Audits Directors, we are seeking a suitably qualified ecommerce marketing specialist to join the QMS Audits team.
The primary role of the ecommerce marketing specialist is to drive conversions for our online training via our website, emails, paid digital advertising, social & print media, and events.
You will understand how important marketing efforts are to reach customers looking for our services.

Key Responsibilities Drive conversions for online training. Optimise our digital marketing campaigns and website landing pages to convert inquiries and visits into sales. Improve SEO, user interface, and user experience on our websites. Develop and run promotions to drive traffic, revenue, and build brand awareness. Launch a new product online with a new website and at a key industry exhibition. Handle the day-to-day running of existing Google Ads campaigns. Track campaign performance using Google Analytics. Requirements The successful candidate will have:
3+ years experience in digital marketing roles. A degree or tertiary qualifications in marketing, graphic design, or IT. Proven record of boosting online sales on an ecommerce website. Experience improving user interface and user experience on website landing pages through a test, learn, and refine approach. Proficiency in managing a CMS, with Wordpress and Woocommerce being ideal. Proven record of tracking website and campaign performance using Google Analytics. Experience implementing successful email campaigns. An understanding of market and consumer behaviour. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively within a team environment and to also work unsupervised.
