Business Services & Corporate Advisory (Accounting) My client is a premier accounting firm based in Sydney CBD.
A top 30 firm, they provide a full suite of accounting services to a longstanding client base made up of mainly large businesses, high net-worth individuals, and family groups.
They have good systems in place, a great team of accountants, and all directors have a great reputation in the Sydney market.
The Position Due to an internal restructure, the firm is looking for a strong Associate Director to join the firm.
The Associate Director will be responsible for end-to-end management of a group of clients and lead a skilled team of accountants, both in-house and offshore.
Having business development skills would be seen as an advantage for this role; however, it is definitely not required, nor is it expected to bring fees with you.
There is a structured pathway to equity partnership in place for this position.
End-to-end management of client portfolioMentor a strong teamThe Candidate The successful candidate will have proven experience in the public accounting space and possess the following:
