Welcome visitors with warm and friendly demeanor Facilitate open communication, acting as liaison between employees, clients and vendors.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workplace, ensuring facilities are well maintained, clean and safe.
Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for various services and supplies, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Managing office budget, making cost-effective decisions to optimize resources.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulation, inspects and implement measures to maintain safe work environment Maintain and check kitchen and office supplies.
Order office supplies and other common use items for the site.
Assist with administration and facilities duties as directed by the Account Manager or Facilities Manager Our Ideal Person: Charismatic and empathetic individual who embodies the values of the company.
Approachable, genuine and skilled in fostering positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to inspire and motivate others, instill positively and sense of belonging within the workplace.
Thrive in various situations, remain calm under pressure but proactive and will take initiative to address issues.
Demonstrate integrity, passionate about creating supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
