We're seeking a dynamic Workplace Coordinator/Receptionist to join our Corporate Services team and elevate our client experience to new heights.
Overview of the role: Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contactManage incoming calls, greet clients, and escort visitorsCoordinate meeting room bookings and catering requestsLiaise with IT, Global Corporate Services, and building managementMaintain office tidiness and manage facility-related issuesSupport event preparation and executionHandle general office administration dutiesSound like you?
This is what we're looking for: Experience in financial services, luxury hospitality, or corporate receptionExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with booking systemsExperience in event coordination and vendor managementBackground in facility support services is a plusConfident, friendly, and engaging personalityHigh level of empathy and customer focusCreative problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent personal presentationLocation: On-site – Sydney, NSW
