What this opportunity involves:
An excellent opportunity has become available for a Receptionist/Event Coordinator to join our Sydney client office team
Being based at Reception you will deal with incoming staff, contractors, security and other visitors coming in.
As well as helping coordinate events, meeting room bookings and other office functions.

This role is the professional face of the client and will require to make staff and visitors feel welcome in our office

An Overview of the role:
Superior customer service to meet on-site client's expectations Meet and greet clients and contractors and guide through the sign in process Cover reception desk, and take pride in keeping the reception area tidy and presentable.
Coordinate bookings of meeting and conference rooms Support the broader facilities team in any planned and corrective maintenance.
Issue access cards and assist and support any relevant security processes.
Management of incoming & out-going courier deliveries.
Act as key point of contact for all Event tickets.
