What this job involves Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant & Finance Coordinator to support our Property & Asset Management NSW Executive team, as well as our team at Aurora Place. The role is split 50/50 and focuses on administration, finance, and support to the teams.

A snapshot of the role: General administrative support to the executive team including calendar management, travel coordination, reimbursements and expenses Coordinate and format business development proposals and other documents Coordinate meeting agendas, minutes, and action items Assist with the organisation of events, client functions, and conferences Assist the Finance Manager and wider team in tracking spend from invoices and reviewing and distributing spreadsheet data on spend and purchase order listings Sound like you?
