We are looking for passionate, hands-on Engineers who want to solve these problems Rotation Solutions is a rapidly growing business, passionately delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our tier-1 clients across multiple industrial sectors (including Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy and Defence).
As a result of this growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Engineer with a practical mechanical background to join our dynamic team in Perth.
(This opportunity is open to both Graduates and Engineers with limited professional experience).
As a Graduate Engineer your time will be split between our office in Perth and our customers' sites (around Australia, and potentially New Zealand, Canada, USA, and PNG), focussing on the following tasks:
Office based:Support field execution projects – scoping, coordinating, planning, and developing procedures.Provide maintenance engineering and planning support to our clients – including procedure development, maintenance strategies, and change management.Research and develop (R&D) products and solutions to address customer equipment needs, issues, and problems (including design, manufacturing management, testing, etc.
).Provide customer support for the operation and maintenance of industrial assets.Collaborate on manufacturing requirements for tooling and parts, supporting operations at our gas turbine depot facility in Canada.Customer site based (onshore and offshore):Fly in, Fly out – typically for one, two or three weeks per project.Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.Execution of planned field work scopes primarily based around service, inspection and maintenance of Gas Turbines, Compressors, and associated equipment.Provide general mechanical field support.Investigate and troubleshoot equipment issues.As part of the RS team, you will take responsibility for ensuring critical machinery operates safely and efficiently through your technical aptitude and hands-on skills.
You'll also develop the capacity to take ownership of projects from inception through to delivery.
