Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a range of financial tasks and provide advice and support to clients including:Preparation of correspondenceUndertake accruals and reconciliationsEnd of month journals and reports such as balance sheet reconciliations, registers and prepaymentsDaily banking tasks and bank statement transaction clearingCashflow reportingMaintain and complete various registersManage open item management in SAPProvide accurate advice and assistance to clients on operational issues, financial management policies, procedures, standards and systems.Undertake research, analysis and investigation into general ledger management issues and complex problems to identify and implement effective solutions.Contribute to the team environment by assisting colleagues as required and contributing to the improvement of systems and processes to enhance service delivery.Applications to remain current for 12 months.
