We're excited to invite an experienced and proactive Mortgage Broker Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.
If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a dynamic environment, and love delivering exceptional client experiences, this role is for you
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM What You'll Be Doing: Providing exceptional support throughout the loan process, from initial client contact to settlement, ensuring a smooth and positive journey for every client.
Managing end-to-end processes, including document follow-ups and coordinating with offshore and onshore teams to prepare and submit finance applications.
Reviewing compliance documents and lender submissions prepared by the offshore team to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
Collaborating with brokers and banks to resolve settlement issues and keep settlements on track.
Offering administrative support to the Director as required.
Maintaining effective communication with clients, lenders, settlement agents, and other stakeholders, providing timely updates at every stage of the loan process.
Handling inquiries and maintaining accurate records to uphold our commitment to excellence.
What We're Looking For: 2–3 years of experience in a mortgage brokerage support role, including hands-on experience with end-to-end loan processing.
Proficiency with tools such as Office 365, Broker Engine, Apply Online, and other relevant software.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills for assessing financial documents with precision.
A proven ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
A passion for delivering outstanding service and contributing to the success of our clients.
