As a Mortgage Broker with The Loan Co., you will collaborate with a team of Mortgage Brokers, Sales Managers, and Administration staff, receiving all the support and tools you need to succeed.
This includes access to top-tier technology, marketing, compliance, and ongoing business coaching.
Your Duties Include: Managing existing client and referral relationshipsSelf-generating business through your own networkSatisfying Responsible Lending obligations and Best Interests Duty (BID) requirementsSkills and Experience
Consider applying if you have:
Completed your Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma of Financial Services (Finance and Mortgage Broking Management)At least one year of experience managing client and referral relationships (either as a Banker or a Broker)Excellent client relationship management skillsExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsThe ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivation and a results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding targetsA solid understanding of mortgage products, lending regulations, and market dynamicsThe ability to satisfy Responsible Lending obligations and BID requirementsThis is a great opportunity for experienced bankers, assistants, and loan writers looking to join WA's premier mortgage brokerage, where you will develop your skills and see your career progress.
