In this role you will be a leader and facilitator who will work closely with the Senior Management to drive and enhance a positive culture of compliance across the nib Travel business.
You will engage with and support the nib Travel CEO and Business Unit Heads whilst managing the end-to-end nib Travel compliance function and program of work.
Duties will include: Development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of nib Travel's Compliance Management Framework Provision of appropriate and independent compliance advice to the business Review, development and implementation of policies and procedures Identification, assessment and response to compliance related issues and incidents Analysis and reporting on compliance practices and performance Let's talk about you To succeed in this role, it is essential you have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements for compliance within the financial services or insurance industry.
This experience will be complimented by positions of leadership, modelling exceptional communication skills, conflict resolution and influence.
You are a trusted and effective advisor on compliance matters to Management and key stakeholders and have experience in interpreting regulatory obligations and developing appropriate compliance policies, framework and ongoing monitoring regimes.
