That's a 4-day working week every 4 weeksFlexible working arrangementsAccess to a formal mentorship programAutonomy and independence to create your own successCommitment to 25% energy reduction by 2026The RoleThe Property Analyst will support the Property Development team through the analysis of available data to support development activities and assist in the formation of expansion strategies for the KFC and Taco Bell portfolios.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare supporting data for identified trade zonesPrepare Letters of Offer for potential new sitesAssist in developing financial & feasibility reports for new sitesPreparing internal approval documents for new sitesProperty Market ResearchLiaise with the Franchisor Development teamAssisting our legal team in the preparation & execution of legal documentationTracking and reporting of new store projections and actual resultsPreparation of Executive level meeting agendas, materials and minutesMaintain property databasesAdministration duties supporting the Development TeamAbout You2-3 years experience in a property related discipline is preferredYou will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPointDiploma level qualification in a Property or Development related discipline or Bachelor level qualification in Business or a Property related disciplineHave great attention to Detail and AccuracyExcel in a Team EnvironmentHigh level of organisation skillsAble to manage conflicting priorities in workAbout Collins Foods LimitedCollins Foods is an ASX listed company proudly employing over 17,500 employees globally.
