That's a 4-day working week every 4 weeks Flexible working arrangements Access to a formal mentorship program Autonomy and independence to create your own success Commitment to 25% energy reduction by 2026 The Role The Property Analyst will support the Property Development team through the analysis of available data to support development activities and assist in the formation of expansion strategies for the KFC and Taco Bell portfolios.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Prepare supporting data for identified trade zones Prepare Letters of Offer for potential new sites Assist in developing financial & feasibility reports for new sites Preparing internal approval documents for new sites Property Market Research Liaise with the Franchisor Development team Assisting our legal team in the preparation & execution of legal documentation Tracking and reporting of new store projections and actual results Preparation of Executive level meeting agendas, materials and minutes Maintain property databases Administration duties supporting the Development Team About You 2-3 years experience in a property related discipline is preferred You will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Diploma level qualification in a Property or Development related discipline or Bachelor level qualification in Business or a Property related discipline Have great attention to Detail and Accuracy Excel in a Team Environment High level of organisation skills Able to manage conflicting priorities in work About Collins Foods Limited Collins Foods is an ASX listed company proudly employing over 17,500 employees globally.
