They'll mostly want to hear your voice, not read your emails.Eager to work on the big picture with your clients.A curious nature and a desire to grow within a supportive environment.The role:You'll be the primary point of contact for clients from the stage that we request information for their loans, through to when loans are formally approved.Be supported by 2 experienced Philippines based loan processors.Workshop scenarios with BDM's to create perfect client outcomes.Use a high tech suite of tools designed to save your time, including Quickli, Sherlok, and Mercury Nexus.Build and curate relationships with your clients year round, not just when they need a loan.Work closely with the Directors on client projects.Anything else which helps with the growth of the company and our service offering, and that makes use of your skillset.What you will get:A healthy base salary + commissions on offer for introduced deals.Mentorship and structured training.A seat in an epic Fortitude Valley office with great public transport and car parking options.Hybrid working options and flexible hours.Monthly paid finish early Fridays.Access to the LINK Family Support Plan (LFSP) designed to provide extra support for parents.The enjoyment of all the LINK perks (refer to www.link.com.au/join)A friendly, super supportive team, who are all aligned with our vision of Empowering Positive Change.How to apply:If you think you're up to the challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
