As the Receptionist & Office Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the first point of contact with Campos HQ is of high quality in service and style, serving the highest quality filter coffee to customers and visitors.
In this role, you'll love the ability to: • Provide general administrative and IT troubleshooting support.
• Be the first point of contact for our visitors.
• Handle customer service enquiries.
• Operate and replenish reception retail.
• Assist to co-ordinate HR initiatives, internal and external events, meetings, and catering.
This a permanent full-time role and is based onsite at our HQ in Banksmeadow.

For this role as Receptionist & Office Coordinator, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience: • A bright and welcoming manner.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work autonomously.
