This exciting opportunity is for a proactive Customer Operations Manager and will be based at our Brisbane head office looking after the customer operations of our growing QLD business.
Reporting to the Queensland State Manager and as a part of the National Delivery Services team you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by managing a fleet of Owner Drivers to ensure all our clients' needs are met OnTime all the time.
Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to influence and shape your role by working on exciting customer facing projects and initiatives as well as supporting new business growth across a range of industry sectors.
About your Role:
Direct Management of one of Queensland's largest transport fleets Chance to work with and develop success for a wide range of customers - New & Existing Deliver Exceptional Service to clients, internal stakeholders and fleet Customer Coordination, Forward Planning and Training & Development of the fleet Onsite visits at client premises speaking with both drivers and customers Leading & supporting Dynamic Projects to improve Service & Profitability Responsible for proactive reporting covering KPIs, Process Improvement as well as Financial & Administrative support Implementing, Managing and Monitoring technology including GPS trackers and PDA systems Regulating compliance with QA requirements Empowered to be accountable and work autonomously About your Benefits:

Strong Work Ethic and complete ownership of your Role & Responsibilities Acute understanding of profit & loss and a drive to make money for the business Confidence in difficult situations and in front of demanding customers Ambition to lead & succeed in the business Strong People Management Experience (preferably in Transport & Logistics) Strong ability for completing results-oriented meetings & discussions Exceptional Customer Service attitude and abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience in planning & implementing sustainable training / projects Confident under pressure with great organisation skills A hunger to grow and improve the business Willing to "get your hands dirty" when needed Dedication to the role no matter the circumstances If you have a passion for people and customer service, are looking for an exciting role with a fun, supportive team culture please click Apply now .
