Most meetings during business hours (Time in lieu otherwise) About The Role:
You will be working with a tidy and well-maintained mixed-use portfolio of high-rises.
Liaising with Owners Corporations as required Training and mentoring junior staff Assisting the General Manager with decision making and budgets Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs Convene and conduct meetings Your own dedicated assistant Attending networking events About you:
Candidates with relevant related experience in the property/legal industry will be considered.
3+ years experience as a Strata Manager or similar Ability to manage diverse portfolios Ability to manage staff High attention to detail and administrative skills Understanding of Owners Corporation Strata Legislation and related regulations in VIC Experienced in building and maintaining strong client relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr
