Full timeMelcorp Strata is a privately-owned Owners Corporation business that provides tailor-made management solutions to clients.Due to rapid business growth, we are now offering an opportunity for an outstanding OC manager to join a friendly and dynamic team that manages iconic buildings throughout Melbourne.This is an autonomous role that allows you to develop long-term relationships with committees.About YouAdaptable and dedicated to achieving team objectivesAbility to engage effectively with committees & stakeholdersEnjoy taking ownership of all Owners Corporation related needsStrong understanding of OC Administration and FinancialsFocused on providing customer service excellenceKey Requirements of the roleKnowledge and application of the Owners Corporations Act 2006Ability to Chair and facilitate meetings, negotiate, mediate, communicate, manage various personalities and provide accurate adviceHigh level of professionalism and ability to problem solve and multitask within a teamUnderstanding of buildings, plans of subdivisions, defects and dealing with relevant legislationArrange quotes, repairs and maintenance for works requiredPrepare agendas and minutes for meetingsPrepare budgets for presentations to AGMsAbout UsWe are a cohesive teamWe provide support and collaborationMentoring and leadership trainingWe ensure you have a high level of support from our General Manager, Finance and Admin teamsOur leadership group will provide the required industry knowledge, legal and moral support to become a successful OC manager.What We OfferProgression, Leadership and Management supportPersonal development and strong business directionAdministrative and financial supportExtensive industry knowledge, legal, financial and moral supportAdditional staff benefits including onsite Gym, weekly yoga classes, company car during office hours, 5-star workplace and moreIf this sounds like you, apply now Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
